Your Role as a Volunteer

You’re the heart of our team. As a volunteer, you’ll bring Berkeley Castle’s tales to life. You’ll greet visitors with a smile and dish out fascinating facts about its storied past. Here’s what a typical day might look like:

• You’ll lead visitors through the castle’s grand rooms and hidden nooks, sharing stories and secrets along the way.
• Answer queries and share anecdotes about the castle’s past.
• Help to handle visitor flow during busy periods and special events.
