The Berkeley & Spetchley Estates Venison

The Berkeley family have lived at Berkeley Castle and
Spetchley Park for centuries. Deer Parks have always been an important part of their Estates.
Wild deer roam the large parks grazing freely on the
pasture. In order to maintain a healthy herd of the right size we have to cull a proportion of the animals each year. We humanely cull the deer in the parks and can therefore offer top quality venison from healthy, stress-free, wild animals which have only ever known their natural environment.
Venison is widely regarded as very healthy, iron–rich,
vitamin-packed, protein-rich and low in saturated fats.

Venison Boxes are available at set times during the year. We also hold a certain amount of fresh and frozen stock through the season and can take orders for any specific requirements you may have.
